What a excellent competition it has been so far (except for a specific jackass who has an problem with biting people).

We’re now at the knockout stage.  Brazil, Argentina, as well as Germany are the favorites to win it all however you never know.  look what happened to Spain.

I’m curious to see what will occur with Qatar as well as the scandal.  It’s excellent that FIFA wants to have the world cup in different regions of the world, however Qatar in the summer?   Sponsors are not happy about the bribery scandal.  This is a significant mess any type of method you slice it.   moving the competition to the winter will produce even more problems, particularly with broadcasters.

It’s a shame.  I hope FIFA can get it together.

There are going to be some serious nail-biting (no pun) games during the next two weeks.  Cannot wait.
